Break Up: Should I End This Relationship?

How many of us have asked ourselves this question?

To break up or not to break up?

The answer is almost all of us have wondered in a relationship whether it was time to move on or if we should give the relationship another chance.

We may have asked our friends their opinion or looked for the answer in our horoscope.

The bottom line is that only you can answer this important question; should you end this relationship or should you stay?

However I do have a suggestion that may help you figure it out.

In the Middle of a Break Up?

To end it or not to end it? That is the question

Chances are, if you’re reading this, the answer is Yes.

But how do you really know for sure?

Since the truth is already within your heart and mind; you only have to do two things:

1. Listen to yourself

2. Be willing to accept your answer.

The first step is the easier of the two. All it requires is quietness and focus.

Find a quiet spot.

Using your name and his name, ask yourself out loud, “(Your name), should you really be dating (his name)?” Or, “(Your name), do you think (his name) is right for you?”

E.g. Jane should you really be dating Joe? or Jane do you think Joe is right for you?

That's right talk to yourself!

Next, wait in silence, and try not to think of anything else.

Do not try and figure out the answer, do not think of good times and bad times, do not do a cost-benefit analysis, just sit quietly and wait.

You Already Know the Answer

That’s okay, but at least you are asking the question.
