It happens more often than you think. Con stories from around the world makes this evident.

Women who become involved with men who are not who they seem to be.

It's something that I never thought would happen to me, in fact I didn't even think about it.

I met a nice young man when I was in my mid-20's and had a long distance relationship.

He was a very intelligent and intense young man and frankly I was looking for a solid relationship as my parents were going through a divorce at the time.

Over time things got strange, and then they got stranger.

While I went away for Christmas he drained my bank account.
