Why Love Hurts.

Love can be a wonderful thing but that doesn't mean it's all roses and warm fuzzy feelings all the time.

Sometimes love hurts and it feels as though your heart is breaking.

The Loss of a Love

As with any great loss, there is a definite grieving process.

Allow yourself to grieve and to go through the process, there is no need to rush and try to get past the pain, it will only end up coming back to haunt you if you have not allowed yourself to fully process your loss.

Love hurts and that's ok, face it and feel it.

Even if it was your decision to end the relationship, and it was not a great relationship it is still a loss.

It is still the end of something important and therefore there is grief.

I know women who really beat themselves up because even after leaving a bad relationship like an abusive one they are still sad and think that they should not feel such grief.

Do not deny yourself of your feelings, feel the sadness even if you think you should not.

Always remember whatever dire feelings of grief and sadness you may be feeling after the ending of a relationship ‘this too shall pass’.

Why Hasn’t He Called? Should I Call Him?

How many of us have suffered in wondering if he’ll call, when he’ll call, did he really mean it when he said he’d call, he said he’d call but maybe I should call him, if I call him will I seem desperate?

The list could go on, you get the drift. The short answer is that if a man hasn’t called you chances are he’s just not that interested.

You can easily convince yourself that you don’t want to let the opportunity of a lifetime waste away by waiting for him to call.

That’s fine if you think you should call him then just do it but be very aware of the signals he sends.

Make sure he takes the initiative next time or you will continue to chase him and his interest level will continue to decrease.
