Having trust issues in relationships can be very challenging. Trust is a critical part of any relationship, but especially an intimate relationship. Trusting your partner means being able to rely on them, depend on them, believe what they are saying and trust what they are doing when they are not with you. Many of suffer from trust issues because of bad experiences in previous relationships. Sometimes our trust issues stem from our childhood or experiences with friends or families. But sometimes we have trouble with trust in our relationship because of the behavior and actions of our partner.

Before you start working on your trust issues you need to make sure that your partner is worthy of your trust.Trust is sometimes earned or sometimes it's assumed until it's broken. You can trust your partner when: Their actions match their words They are faithful to you They respect you They do not lie, cheat or steal They are reliable and dependable If your partner has lied or cheated obviously there will be trust issues in your relationship.
